Qualifications

• Preferably 2+ years of nursing experience, with a focus on geriatrics.
• New nurses are encouraged to apply; we offer an exceptional training program.
• Maintain current BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient’s status and write plan of care.
• Regularly re-evaluate patient needs and revise care plans as necessary.
• Supervise ancillary personnel and delegate responsibilities when required.
• Participate in quality assessment performance improvement activities.
