Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing Stillwater, MN is seeking an RN to join our hospice team on a full-time basis. Schedule: Wed-Sun 4:30pm-8am with a blend of working and on-call hours, visiting Stillwater/Woodbury, MN and Hudson, WI, and surrounding areas. Pay rate up to $70/hour depending on experience, with on-call stipend.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MN and WI.
• At least 1 year of RN hospice/long-term/palliative care experience.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Reliable phone/workspace at home for remote triage.

Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls as needed.
• Complete necessary steps for medication refills as needed.
• Durable Medical Equipment support and troubleshooting.
• Symptom management for hospice patients.
• Making visits for deaths and/or helping patients with issues that are not able to be managed over the phone.
• All other duties as assigned.
