Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana to join an interdisciplinary care team. You’ll provide compassionate nursing care focused on comfort and quality of life, coordinating with patients, families, and physicians.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $85,000 to $95,000 yearly, with Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and on-call rotation, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the inter-disciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
