Job summary

Hospice of the Western Reserve seeks a Licensed RN to provide comprehensive care for terminally ill patients. Responsibilities include assessing needs, coordinating care plans, and supporting families. Ideal candidates will have hospice experience, a valid Ohio RN license, and current CPR certification. Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN and hold valid auto insurance.
• Experience in hospice care and symptom management is preferred.
• Current CPR certification needed and must obtain hospice certification within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical treatment and personal care to terminally ill patients.
• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Coordinate care plans and monitor patient symptoms.
