Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 years of hospice leadership experience.
Responsibilities
As an Executive Director, you will report directly to our Assistant Vice President of Operations and oversee the day-to-day operations of your hospice location. Responsibilities include managing patient admissions, supervising staff and volunteers, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing financial resources, and maintaining quality patient care.
About You
Education: RN with at least an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; a BSN or higher preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year management experience; two or more years in hospice; clinical experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid nursing license, CPR, valid driver’s license, insurance, and transportation.
