• Applies the nursing process in assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrates leadership within the patient care team and supports professional development.
• Ensures confidentiality and appropriate business conduct, delegates appropriately to unlicensed personnel.
• Performs duties related to discharge planning and coordination in line with unit policies.
• Complies with regulatory and mandatory requirements on the unit.
