Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Kalispell, MT is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide in-home hospice and home health care. You will collaborate with families and a care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing support in patients’ homes and community settings.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, strong observation skills, and adherence to ethical standards to ensure patient comfort and safety in the final stages of care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Registered Nurse in MT.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable transport.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in patients' homes, residential facilities, and hospice environments.
• Collaborate with families and health care professionals to coordinate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to physicians.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and nursing aides as needed.
