Wellspring Lutheran Services – Hospice in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, salaried work delivering compassionate care in patients' homes and hospice settings. You will advocate for patients, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and educate families to support comfort and dignity at the end of life.

The role emphasizes symptom management, patient comfort, and collaborative planning with a team of physicians, social workers, chaplains, and bereavement

Qualifications

• Holds Michigan RN license.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.
• Hospice, home health, M/S or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Advocate, educate, and coordinate care with families and the interdisciplinary team.
• Manage symptoms and maintain comfort and quality of life.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, and bereavement professionals.
