Job summary

Essentia Health’s Solvay Hospice House in Duluth, Minnesota seeks compassionate nurses to provide comfort and support to patients and families at end of life in a home-like setting.

The role involves organizing and delivering care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, with shifts including Day/Eve/Night. The position is casual and located on site at Solvay Hospice House.

Qualifications

• Active nursing licensure in the state of employment.
• BCLS certification or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Casual position with shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel per licensure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to Essentia Health's mission and goals and comply with applicable regulations.
