Job summary

Sprenger Health Care in Lorain, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at Wellspring Hospice. The RN will assess resident needs, administer medications, and provide compassionate care to residents and their families.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, med administration, vital sign monitoring, and accurate EMR documentation. Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification; strong communication and adaptability are essential for diverse patient

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Proven experience as an RN in various clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
