Envision Hospice in Washington state seeks a compassionate RN Clinical Manager to lead our interdisciplinary team and ensure the highest quality end-of-life care across Pierce & Kitsap counties. This Full-Time role oversees daily clinical operations, mentors field staff, and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining efficient, patient-centered care.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 3–5 years in healthcare management or supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical RN hospice experience.
• Proficient with EMR systems and healthcare technologies.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Clinical Services in clinical operations in alignment with agency policies and nursing standards.
• Balance in-office leadership with field-based support to conduct new patient admissions, coordinate care, and address clinical concerns.
• Review and approve clinical orders, audit charting for accuracy and compliance, and ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee scheduling, support staff competency, training and education.
• Support clinical intake reviews to ensure appropriate admissions and care planning.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency.

Location: Pierce & Kitsap Counties
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,500/annually + Benefits

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice RN Clinical Manager to support our growing interdisciplinary team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supervising field staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest quality of care. The Clinical Manager plays a key role in ensuring that patients and families receive exceptional, compassionate end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Current, active Washington State RN license in good standing
• Active BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 3–5 years of healthcare management or supervisory experience
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in hospice
• Proficient with EMR systems and healthcare technologies
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment, initiative, and productivity
