Job summary

Brookhaven Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience to lead a skilled team of clinicians as Clinical Director. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure excellent patient care, drive growth, and uphold regulatory standards in Newington, NH.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a sign-on incentive and a focus on mentorship, quality, and program development. A strong team dynamic and compassionate care define this opportunity.

Qualifications

• RN with a current state license to practice as a professional nurse in the state where the office is located.
• Minimum of 3 years as a nurse, including 1 year full-time in hospice, home health or oncology, and 1 year of supervisory experience in hospice/home health preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage terminal care with crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, clinical nursing and family counseling.
• Must be computer proficient in typing and using various programs including EMR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services in line with hospice policies.
• Provide guidance and support to an interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Conduct chart audits to ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Contribute to orientation and in-service training for nursing and clinical staff.
• Evaluate and uplift clinical staff performance during probation and annually.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to refine Care Plans.
