Job summary
Continuum Hospice is seeking an RN Clinical Director to lead an interdisciplinary team of RNs, aides, social workers, and chaplains in the Braintree area. The role requires strong clinical leadership, a valid RN license, and supervisory experience within hospice or home health settings.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience and
Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license to practice.
- Minimum 3 years as a nurse with 1 year in hospice/home health/oncology.
- 1 year supervisory experience in hospice or home health preferred.
- Experience in crisis intervention, pain and symptom control, and family counseling.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee a spectrum of patient services per hospice program policies.
- Provide guidance and support to a team of clinicians.
- Conduct chart audits and ensure documentation compliance with regulations.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for nursing staff.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching to improve care delivery.
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to refine Care Plans.
