Compassus in Missouri is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to empower patients and families with compassionate, quality end-of-life care. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care, and ensure comfort and dignity in home or facility settings.

The role requires an active RN license, at least two years of nursing experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities
