Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our home-based care team in Maine. You will collaborate with care teams to support patients and families, build trusting relationships, educate caregivers, and help patients spend meaningful time with loved ones.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

• Build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families.
• Empower caregivers by educating them on care for their loved one.
