Compassus in Illinois is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and to enjoy meaningful activities. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, empower caregivers with care guidance, and collaborate with the care team to deliver comfort and dignity in home settings.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
