Job summary

Compassus is dedicated to caring for patients at home with a compassionate team approach. As a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager, you will enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones while coordinating care to support comfort and dignity.

You’ll build trusting relationships, educate caregivers, and collaborate with our care team to deliver exceptional end-of-life care. We value inclusivity and a supportive culture for teammates.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice care and support to patients and families.
• Build trusting relationships with patients and families.
• Educate caregivers on care for loved ones.
