VNA Care is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to provide exceptional end-of-life care across the Boston area, including Mattapan, Wellesley, Weymouth. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and work to maximize comfort and quality of life for patients and their families.

Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $93,600 to $97,760 per year, with benefits described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience.
• Oncology and home care experience preferred.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop care plans.
• Implement care plans and ensure comfort and quality of life for end-of-life patients.
