Job summary

VNA Care in Massachusetts is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse for per diem home care in the Woburn area to provide compassionate end-of-life care. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and strive to maximize comfort and quality of life for patients and their families.

This role requires at least 1 year in an acute care setting; hospice experience is required, with oncology and home care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year acute care or comparable experience required.
• Hospice experience required; oncology and home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
