Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered home-based hospice care. You’ll assess needs, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and support families to spend meaningful time with loved ones.

Requirements include an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
