PruittHealth Hospice Wilkes is seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our hospice team serving patients in North Wilkesboro, NC and nearby facilities. The role focuses on holistic home or facility-based hospice care, with an emphasis on compassionate nursing and individualized care plans.

The RN will evaluate, document, and coordinate care under established policies, ensuring continuity of patient care in the hospice setting and adhering to state licensure requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
