Job summary

OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home. You’ll build compassionate relationships, educate families, and coordinate care to ensure comfort, dignity, and meaningful time with loved ones.

Requirements: Ohio RN license, at least two years as an RN (hospice experience preferred), valid driver’s license, CPR/BCLS. Perks include competitive pay, onboarding, health/dental/vision, generous PTO, tuition

Qualifications

RN license in the state you work.
Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
Current CPR and BCLS certification.
