Job summary

Compassus in Peoria, IL is seeking a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager (PRN). You will provide compassionate patient care, coordinate with the care team, educate families, and help patients spend meaningful time with loved ones while managing symptoms and comfort.

The role requires an active RN license in Illinois, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
