Hospice of the Valley is seeking Registered Nurses to join our West Clinical team as RN case managers providing and coordinating hospice care for home care patients. You will educate patients and families, manage symptoms, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in patients’ homes or facilities.

We offer a supportive, mission-driven environment with flexible schedules and a strong commitment to quality care. Previous hospice or oncology experience is preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
