Job summary

Compassus in Alabama is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care, manage caseloads, and support families in planning comfort-focused services that honor patient preferences.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate caregivers, ensure timely documentation, and promote dignity and peace of mind for patients and loved ones while delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and activities they enjoy.
• Build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families.
• Educate caregivers on care for their loved one.
• Collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
