Compassus is recruiting a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Huntsville, AL to provide coordinated care for patients at home. You’ll assess needs, develop plans, and support families, delivering compassionate end-of-life care in coordination with the care team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of nursing experience; hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
• Current driver's license

• Enable patients to spend quality time with loved ones and do activities they enjoy
• Build trusting, compassionate relationships with patients and families
• Educate caregivers on care for loved ones
• Collaborate with the care team to provide comfort, peace and dignity
