Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the program is located.
• Two years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, or community health in the last five years.
• Equivalent experience or licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort to hospice patients in home settings and establish meaningful connections with families.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care as a home care RN.
• Partner with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and goals.
