Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Huntsville, AL. You will enable patients to spend meaningful time with loved ones while delivering compassionate, high-quality home-based care.

Responsibilities include building trusting relationships with patients and families, educating caregivers, and collaborating with the care team to provide comfort and dignity in the patient’s home. A valid RN license, CPR/BCLS, and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.
