Job summary

Compassus in Tennessee is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support home-based hospice services. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, educate families, and coordinate with the care team to maintain comfort and dignity for patients at home.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with patients and families, enabling quality time together, and contributing to a supportive home care environment across our compassus network.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

• Build trusting compassionate relationships with your patients and their families
