Qualifications

• Experience in patient care skills in hospice or palliative care.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient care aspects of the Hospice Program.
• Ensure referral/admission processes meet customer service standards.
• Supervise periodic reviews of patient records and employee visits.

Connaissances

Patient care skills in hospice or palliative care

Experience with oncology or home health

Basic computer knowledge/skill

Formation

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
