Legacy Hospice is seeking a compassionate Visit Registered Nurse (VRN) to provide in-home hospice care in Osceola, AR. The role supports RN Case Managers and responds promptly to urgent needs.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, planning, medication administration, and education for patients and families. RVN requires AR RN licensure, BLS, and strong communication skills. CHPN/BSN preferred; 1+ year hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required in the state of employment.
• BLS certification required.
• CHPN and/or BSN preferred.
• Hospice experience is valued (1 year minimum).

Responsabilités

• Perform focused nursing assessments and address acute needs of hospice patients.
• Maintain continuity of care through effective interdisciplinary communication.
• Complete initial and comprehensive patient/family assessments to determine hospice needs.
• Develop and revise individualized care plans with patient and caregiver.
