Job summary

Anodyne Palliative Services in Chicago region seeks an experienced RN to join our hospice care team. You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and administer medications as prescribed.

Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois.
Minimum 1 year nursing experience, hospice or palliative care preferred.
Knowledge of infection control principles.
Familiarity with sterile processing techniques.
Experience in family planning and counseling.
Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with ambulatory patients.
Familiarity with dementia care techniques.
Knowledge of DME usage and maintenance.
Proficiency in sonography is a plus.
Familiarity with medical imaging procedures and interpretation.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Provide compassionate and quality care to hospice patients and their families
