AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team serving the Greater Alpharetta area. This role offers autonomy to practice at the top of your license with support from a mission-driven organization, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package.

You will provide individualized nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life, partner with families and physicians, perform comprehensive assessments, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a hospice/interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to maximize comfort and quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the care team to implement plans.
• Conduct comprehensive physical, emotional, social, and spiritual assessments.
• Educate patients and caregivers and support decision making.

• Participate in on-call or admission rotations as needed.
