Resource 1 Home Staffing is seeking a skilled Hospice RN to join a well‑established, multi‑state hospice provider renowned for compassionate, patient‑centered care. The role supports home and facility settings with a manageable caseload and a structured onboarding program.

The RN will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, provide skilled nursing and symptom management, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, maintaining documentation in Homecare Homebase.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (acute care, home health, or hospice preferred).
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospice patient caseload across home and facility settings.

Pay and Schedule

$40–$46/hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• On‑call rotation approximately every 5 weeks
• Includes weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday)
• $6/hour hold rate plus time‑and‑a‑half for visits during call
