Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife in Ohio is seeking a Hospice RN to join our mission-focused hospice team. This full-time role covers a traveling caseload across Batavia, Maineville, Loveland, Lebanon and Springboro, delivering compassionate nursing care in patients' homes under Hospice Medicare guidelines.

You will coordinate with families and the care team to develop and implement an individual plan of care, ensuring quality, comfort and respect for patients in every stage of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2–4 years of direct patient care experience in hospice or home care.

Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for primary caseload.
• Provide skilled professional nursing care to patients, families and caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, Ohio Hospice licensure laws and agency policies and procedures.
• Traveling position covering Batavia, Maineville, Loveland, Lebanon, and Springboro.
