Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate and support patients and families/caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and community providers.
• Participate in on-call rotations for urgent or standby visits.
