Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Miami-area care team. This on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) and more.

You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care, coordinating with families, physicians, and other caregivers while maintaining the patient’s dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care that maximizes comfort and quality of life.
• Partner with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary group to create and carry out care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual—to guide care decisions.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers, meeting them where they are.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly and accurately to reflect patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on‑call or admission rotations as needed.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.
