Job summary

Crown Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, after-hours hospice care within a 50-mile radius of Victoria. You’ll respond to calls, manage symptoms, educate families, and support the care team with timely documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice helpful). CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and dependable transportation are required, along with strong crisis intervention and
