Custom Hospice is seeking dedicated RNs to join our compassionate care team in Michigan. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop patient-centered hospice plans, provide symptom management, and educate families on care options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Hospice experience.
