Custom Hospice in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our compassionate team delivering end-of-life care with dignity and respect.

You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans, educate patients and families on disease progression, and provide symptom management to ensure comfort and relief. A minimum of 1 year nursing experience and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing are required.

• Hospice experience.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Genuine passion for caring for individuals facing end-of-life challenges.
