Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Wisconsin. You will coordinate patient care, support families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate home-based hospice services.

Qualifications

Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements
