Job summary

Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home, coordinating care with families and the care team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice services and educate caregivers to ensure comfort and dignity at end of life.

Applicants should have an active RN license in Wisconsin, at least two years of nursing experience, CPR and BCLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.

• RN license in the state you work is required.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse; hospice experience preferred.
• CPR and BCLS certification are required.
• Current driver’s license is required.
