Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our team in delivering home-based care with compassion and expertise. You’ll support patients and families, coordinate services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote comfort and dignity in the home setting.

As an RN in hospice, you’ll leverage your clinical skills and empathy, while embracing a family-focused culture and flexible scheduling designed to balance work and life commitments.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
