Compassus in Alabama is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our patient-centered care team. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care to support patients and families in their homes or care settings.
You will partner with physicians, social workers, and other clinicians to deliver comfort-focused, evidence-based care and education. A valid RN license, CPR/BCLS certification, and a driver’s license are required; hospice experience is preferred.
