Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) in Florida's SW Hernando / NW Pasco coverage area. This role supports patients and families with compassionate, expert nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.

You will work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing care at the top of your license and collaborating with physicians, families, and caregivers to create dignified care plans. A strong commitment to patient comfort and ongoing learning is essential.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care maximizing comfort and quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and the care team to implement care plans.
• Perform comprehensive assessments across physical, emotional, social, and spiritual domains.
• Educate and support patients and caregivers.
• Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure continuity and dignity.
• Document care clearly reflecting patient needs and progress.
• Participate in on-call or admission rotations.
