Compassus is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver high-quality, home-based comfort care, build trusting relationships with patients and families, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of hospice or RN experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
