Job summary

Varco Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse with strong hospice experience to join our growing team. You will provide high-quality in-home end-of-life care, supporting patients and families with clinical expertise and empathy.

Ideal candidates have a Texas RN license, 2+ years in-home hospice, and are comfortable traveling across the DFW area. In-person IDG meetings every 14 days and precise documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice nursing care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and adjust care.
• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in IDG meetings every two weeks and coordinate with team.
