Job summary

Varco Hospice is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with hospice experience to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, in-home end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism, traveling across DFW and surrounding areas.

You will collaborate in IDG meetings every two weeks, maintain thorough clinical documentation, and pursue leadership growth opportunities within a supportive, patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of recent in-home hospice experience.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding areas.
• Availability for in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills and attention to detail.
