Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is expanding and seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver exceptional end-of-life care in patients’ homes within the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role offers growth with a supportive team and potential leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of in-home hospice experience.
• Willingness to travel across DFW area.
• Ability to attend in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Strong clinical documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Kinnser/WellSky preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life nursing care to patients in home/hospice settings.
• Travel throughout Dallas–Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
• Participate in IDG meetings every two weeks and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
