VNA Health Group is seeking a per diem Staff Nurse Hospice in Monmouth County to join our team and deliver compassionate end-of-life care. You will assess patient needs, manage symptoms, and develop individualized care plans to support patients and families with dignity and comfort.

As part of the hospice team, you will complete orientation, educate families, collaborate with clinicians, and document updates as goals evolve, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifikationen

• RN with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and valid state license.
• Certification in Hospice Palliative Care and Critical Care is preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervised RN clinical experience.
• Excellent communication, strong computer, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing


• Certification in Hospice Palliative Care Nurse and Critical Care and Critical Care skills preferred


• 1+ year of supervised clinical experience as a registered nurse


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong computer skills


• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demand

Working indoors/outdoors with clinical equipment and use of phone and computer; car and valid NJ Driver’s license
